Ingredients

100 gr corn flour
100 gr rice flour
50 gr corn starch
100 gr sugar
40 gr cocoa
60 gr of seed oil
1 glass of milk
2 eggs
½ sachet of yeast

Rice flour chocolate cake (gluten-free) can also be made as a muffins, plumcakes or in a classic donut pan. In fact, the recipe is suitable for many uses. Obviously the cooking times will change slightly.

We begin to arrange our flours inside a food processor. May we work hand ingredients using a bowl. We combine corn flour (foil), rice flour and corn starch. Then the sugar and ½ sachet of yeast. We add two medium eggs, oil and a glass of milk.



Take the pan, use parchment paper or grease with oil and rice flour to prevent sticking.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
If you have used the muffin cups, it will take about 20 min. In any case, check the degree of cooking with a toothpick in the center.
