Start with the butter which must be soft and at room temperature. Add the sugar and egg, mix together.
Finally add the flour and half a sachet of baking powder. Mix all the ingredients well and if necessary add milk or water, two or three spoons.
Spread baking paper on a plate and form cookies between the palms of the hands.
Arrange the oat flour cookies about 2 cm away and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Leave the cookies in the oven for another 10 minutes after cooking.

200 gr of oats flour
70 g of sugar
60 gr of soft butter
1 egg
½ sachet of baking powder
a pinch of cinnamon
icing sugar
