Yellow bread with corn flour, easy to prepare and very versatile on the table. Italian corn bread recipe: for its preparation we use normal corn flour with manitoba flour. Just add the two flours, water, salt and yeast.
Italian corn bread recipe
250 gr yellow cornmeal
250 gr manitoba flour
25 gr Italian corn bread recipe
16 gr salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Dissolve fresh brewer’s yeast in warm water. Slowly add the liquid mixture to the flours then the oil and salt. Knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Leave to rise for three hours until doubled. Bake at 200 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
